As an Account Manager for Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, driving new business opportunities, and overseeing the complete sales cycle to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts and maintain healthy relationships between the customers and the company.
Business Development: Develop additional business opportunities in assigned accounts and identify new targeted accounts.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, starting from prospecting and relationship management through to payment collections.
Performance Tracking: Work towards achieving sales targets and report on progress on a quarterly basis.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met.
Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
Interest or background in Enterprise IT systems and IT solution sales is highly desirable.
