Kilimall is looking for an Account Manager (Appliances) to join their team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing seller relationships, onboarding new brands, and driving performance targets within the appliances category.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide onboarding training for new brands or new sellers before their store goes live.
Support specific brands or sellers' daily operations.
Communicate business goals with specific brands and sellers, discussing joint marketing plans, and driving them to achieve performance targets.
Timely follow-up on inventory preparation and order fulfillment status of specific brands and sellers to improve fulfillment efficiency.
Conduct regular data analysis and market research, and provide operational reports and recommendations to specific brands and sellers.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any related course.
Rich product knowledge and familiarity with the e-commerce industry.
Strong initiative, a high sense of responsibility, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Ability to work under pressure.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
