Workshop Supervisor

Our client, a reputable engineering company, is seeking to recruit a competent and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations within their mechanical/engineering workshop. The role involves managing the workshop floor, ensuring technical standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. \n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Supervise and coordinate workshop technicians and support staff\n- Plan, assign, and monitor repair and maintenance activities\n- Ensure quality control and adherence to technical standards\n- Enforce health and safety regulations within the workshop\n- Manage tools, equipment, and workshop inventory\n- Prepare reports on work progress and performance\n\n### Qualifications & Experience\n- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field; OR strong hands-on experience working in an engineering or mechanical workshop\n- Minimum 3 years’ relevant workshop experience (supervisory experience is an added advantage)\n- Strong leadership and organizational skills\n- Practical problem-solving ability\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: by 28th February 2026.
