Workshop Supervisor

Our client, a reputable engineering company, is seeking to recruit a competent and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations within their mechanical/engineering workshop.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Supervise and coordinate workshop technicians and support staff.\n- Plan, assign, and monitor repair and maintenance activities.\n- Ensure quality control and adherence to technical standards.\n- Enforce health and safety regulations within the workshop.\n- Manage tools, equipment, and workshop inventory.\n- Prepare reports on work progress and performance.\n\n### Qualifications & Experience\n- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field; OR strong hands-on experience working in an engineering or mechanical workshop.\n- Minimum 3 years’ relevant workshop experience (supervisory experience is an added advantage).\n- Strong leadership and organizational skills.\n- Practical problem-solving ability.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to recruitment@excelon.co.ke by 28 February 2026.
