This represents one of the highest recycling rates in the world.\n\n### Role Overview\nThe Workshop Administrator is responsible for supporting the workshop supervisor in maintenance planning, documentation, and coordination of activities to ensure fleet efficiency and operational compliance.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n\n* Prepare and update preventive maintenance and repair schedules in collaboration with the workshop supervisor.\n* Generate and close job cards for all maintenance and repair works.\n* Track upcoming services and inspections using the company’s vehicle tracker.\n\n\n* Maintain accurate records of work orders, job cards, parts requisitions, and inspection reports.\n* Update the vehicle maintenance tracker daily with completed and pending jobs.\n* File all workshop documents systematically for audit readiness.\n\n\n* Raise and follow up on spare parts and consumable requisitions.\n* Work with procurement and stores to ensure timely availability of parts and consumables.\n* Track usage of parts against specific jobs to control costs and reduce wastage.\n\n\n* Prepare weekly and monthly reports on maintenance status, costs, and downtime.\n* Support the Workshop Supervisor in compiling inputs for the workshop budget.\n* Maintain expenditure records to track variance between planned and actual costs.\n\n\n* Keep inspection schedules updated and track NTSA or internal certification timelines.\n* Ensure all maintenance documentation meets compliance and audit requirements.\n\n### Minimum Requirements\n* Degree, Diploma, or Vocational Training in Automotive Engineering.\n* At least 1 year of experience in a workshop, fleet, or technical administrative environment.\n* Basic knowledge of automotive systems.\n* Understanding of inventory and procurement processes.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should go to the application link provided below which redirects to the official TakaTaka Solutions application form.
