Job Description
In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will lead a team to maintain high standards of accuracy and service delivery within an industrial environment, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of goods within the facility.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Supervise goods-in/goods-out and order picking to ensure accuracy and minimal stock damage.
Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and system alignment.
Implement and improve warehouse processes, driving continuous improvement.
Ensure on-time delivery to customers and monitor dispatch performance.
Maintain high standards of safety, security, and 5S housekeeping.
Track inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Lead, motivate, and build a high-performing, accountable team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Technical, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to lead and motivate others.
