Warehouse Officer - Pharmaceutical Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented professionals who are committed to operational excellence. The Warehouse Officer for Pharmaceutical Operations will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end pharmaceutical warehousing processes to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of responsibility in maintaining accurate processes and compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmaceutical Operations: Oversee all daily pharmaceutical warehousing activities ensuring regulatory standards are met.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure all client needs and inquiries are addressed with high standards of service and responsiveness.
• People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the warehouse team to achieve operational targets and maintain morale.
• Administration: Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to warehouse receipts, storage, and dispatch.
• Health & Safety: Ensure the facility adheres to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Pharmaceutical Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing, cold chain, or a regulated logistics environment.
• Registered or eligible for registration with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office software.
