Warehouse Assistants

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor feed stock levels continuously and ensure inventory is maintained at required levels.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage the delivery of Day-Old chicks and feed from feed mills, hatcheries, and warehouses to customers according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Customer Service: Attend to customers at the warehouse and build positive, professional relationships.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company SOPs, policies, statutory regulations, and professional standards of behavior, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant warehouse or logistics environment.
• A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

Desirable Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant environment.

Core Competencies

• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
