Warehouse and Sourcing Officer

Responsibilities

• Source and manage farm produce and FMCG suppliers; negotiate contracts and ensure high quality.
• Oversee all dispatches and returns using Odoo ERP, maintaining 100% stock accuracy.
• Conduct daily inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits to ensure full accountability.
• Monitor warehousing processes to minimize losses and recommend automation solutions for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory guidelines.
• Manage products and physical assets, providing reconciliation and reporting within agreed timelines.
• Prepare accurate reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making for e-commerce operations.
• Uphold a winning culture of discipline, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in sourcing, inventory management, or warehousing.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Odoo or similar platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
