Job Description
Excelon Limited is seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Waiter / Waitress to join their team in Nanyuki. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional hospitality and dining service, from welcoming and seating them to preparing and serving drinks and managing orders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
Respond promptly to customer requests and complaints.
Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to service standards.
Ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.
Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction.
Clear tables and prepare them for new guests.
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
Create innovative drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus.
Ensure drinks are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field (Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or equivalent).
Experience: 2 to 3 years of active experience in hospitality, food, and beverage service.
