Role Overview
The Makueni County Public Service Board is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Village Administrator III (Re-advertisement) for Kitise Village/Sub Ward – Kitise/Kithuki Ward.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinating, managing, and supervising the general administrative functions at the Village level.
Ensuring efficient public service delivery within the designated village/sub-ward.
Facilitating community development projects and civic engagement.
Promoting peace, harmony, and dispute resolution within the community.
Reporting to higher administrative officers within the ward structure.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:
Be between age 30-45 years;
Hold a Diploma course in any of the following disciplines: public administration, management, social work, community development, governance, conflict management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Be a resident of the village/Sub Ward for a minimum period of five (5) years; and
Meet the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
