Key Responsibilities ("What You’ll Do")
Develop and implement communication strategies for global development initiatives.
Collaborate with clients and partners to design impactful campaigns.
Create compelling content across digital and print platforms.
Support the facilitation of workshops and global convenings.
Ideal Qualifications and Skills
Strong candidates may have:
Professional experience in communications, consulting, media, design, global development, or a related field.
A creative mindset and the ability to communicate compellingly in both written and visual formats.
Experience managing complex processes and delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
Fluency in written and spoken English (proficiency in Nordic languages, French, or Spanish is a plus).
Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience running social media campaigns and analyzing performance data.
Skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
