Key Responsibilities
Operation & Monitoring: Directly operate and monitor boilers, turbines, conveyors, and fuel systems.
Plant Efficiency: Ensure the plant runs safely and at optimal efficiency levels.
Troubleshooting: Identify operational issues at an early stage and either resolve them through hands-on mechanical work or escalate them immediately to minimize downtime.
Maintenance Support: Support maintenance teams during routine checks or repairs and maintain detailed operational logs.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of practical experience within a power plant, sugar manufacturing facility, or a similar industrial environment.
Technical Skills: Strong hands-on mechanical skills and knowledge of power generation systems.
Availability: Must be comfortable working in a shift-based environment to support continuous operations.
