The Tupande SAP Admin & Ops QC Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity for all inventory movements within One Acre Fund's operations. The primary objective is to eliminate data errors, refine Quality Control (QC) processes, oversee physical stock counts, and manage the team responsible for SAP Data Entry & QC Administration, aiming for 100% data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Oversight: Perform second-level checks on all transactions processed in SAP, COBI, and Odoo.
- Month-End Coordination: Lead the reconciliation process of physical stock counts from Warehouses and Shops against official system records.
- Process Management: Take ownership of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to data accuracy. This includes updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conducting audits to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Quality Control Admins. This involves handling their training, conducting performance reviews, and assigning daily tasks.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports detailing QC findings and conducting root-cause analyses to help the business minimize waste and spend.

Qualifications
Candidates for this role must possess the following specific qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP, COBI WMS, or similar inventory management systems.
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Power BI for data analysis, KPI tracking, and report generation.
- Proven experience in leading inventory management activities, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
- Demonstrated high accuracy and integrity in managing inventory data, ensuring full compliance with financial controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
