KIPS Technical College is a premier tertiary institution mandated by the TVET Authority. We are seeking a qualified Trainer for our Refrigeration and Air Conditioning courses. This role involves providing high-quality technical training to students at the Artisan, Certificate, and Diploma levels, ensuring they gain the necessary professional qualifications and practical skills required in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver theoretical and practical training in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning subjects.
Prepare and manage training materials and curriculum in line with TVET standards.
Evaluate student performance through continuous assessment and examinations.
Maintain a safe and organized training workshop environment.
Mentor and provide career guidance to students.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Degree or Higher Diploma in a field relevant to Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the industry or a similar training role.
Skills: Demonstrated teaching and technical training skills are mandatory.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of tertiary level technical training frameworks.
