Kericho Gold is looking for a Trade Representative to join its sales and marketing team. The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth and manage the company's presence within the retail sector for its assigned region. The Trade Representative will oversee sales teams, manage key accounts, and ensure the brand maintains high standards of visibility and market distribution.
Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Drive revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
Account Management: Manage key retail accounts and execute commercial plans.
Retail Coverage: Ensure effective retail coverage through Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) and van sales teams.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and grow secondary sales performance.
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal product availability and distribution in the trade.
Compliance and Insights: Enforce pricing compliance and track market/competitor activity.
In-store Execution: Uphold high standards of in-store execution including visibility and merchandising.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of sales experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
Proven experience working with Distributors and Route-to-Market (RTM) Teams.
