At UR HOME, we pride ourselves on committing to ensure the products offered meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. We are seeking a Trade Developer for our Nairobi operations to manage trade accounts and drive sales performance for our fast-moving product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new trade opportunities and accounts within the assigned territory in Nairobi.
Ensure product visibility, proper display, and constant availability in retail outlets.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive market engagement.
Maintain strong relationships with traders, retailers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand loyalty.
Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar sales or trade development role.
Practical experience handling Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or similar products.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing set sales targets.
