Jamii Telecommunications Limited (JTL) is a privately owned Kenyan telecommunication service provider offering broadband and mobile services under the "FAIBA" brand. The Territory Sales Leader will work closely with the Regional Manager to execute marketing plans and ensure subscriber base growth. The role involves meeting staffing and reseller requirements to achieve and surpass acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full support to the Regional Manager, Trade Representative, and agents within the allocated Zone.
Manage the recruitment and oversight of sales agents.
Ensure that set targets are achieved and surpassed within the allocated business environment.
Maintain an active pipeline of customers, agents, and Trade Development Representatives within the Zone.
Oversee zonal development and the implementation of short-term and long-term plans.
Supervise the implementation of various sales channels within the allocated Zone.
Prepare and present sales reports and strategic plans using Microsoft Office tools.
Uphold high standards of integrity and a strong work ethic.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
Previous experience in Zonal Management is required.
Experience in selling FMCG products (experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage).
Minimum of 3 years of team leadership experience in a commercial environment.
Proficiency in Route to Market, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
Proven strategic and analytical skills with outstanding interpersonal and influencing abilities.
Competence in Customer Relationship Management.
