Role Overview
PATH is seeking a Temporary Data Clerk to assist in the population of community health information into a newly developed web-based system. The primary goal is to migrate data from existing Excel spreadsheets into the application to ensure accurate record-keeping for community health personnel, devices, and training history.
Key Responsibilities
Populate the web-based system with existing data points including details of 90 CHPS, 86 CHAs, and 10 C/SC managers.
Assign personnel to their respective organizations within the system.
Enter CHP/CHA training information to reflect all training completed within the last 2 years.
Update electronic Community Health Information System (eCHIS) device details (smartphones and tablets) and assign them to specific users.
Log and update all reported device incidents.
Ensure all data from Excel spreadsheets is accurately captured in the web application.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing data entry and data management technical support, preferably within health projects or health facility environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience working in Nyamira County is considered an added advantage.
