We are looking for a Tele-Collections Intern to bring their vibrant leadership style and business acumen to our Machakos team, contributing to a workspace where growth, innovation, and impact are prioritized.
Responsibilities
Contact clients via phone to discuss and manage outstanding payments.
Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional phone presence.
Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and maintenance of debtor files.
Handle confidential financial information with high integrity.
Provide quality customer service to resolve payment-related inquiries.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of debt collection processes and customer service principles.
High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or debt collections is an added advantage.
