Tele- Collections Intern - Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage debt collection processes and communications through professional phone outreach.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
• Apply customer service principles to facilitate effective debt recovery and manage client relationships.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve recovery rates.
• Provide professional phone presence when interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of debt collection processes and customer service principles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or debt collections is an added advantage.
