We are looking for a vibrant intern to join our collections team in Limuru.
About the Role
In this role, you will bring your vibrant leadership style and business acumen to a position where growth, innovation, and impact matter. You will be responsible for managing debt collection processes via telephone, maintaining high standards of customer service and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers via telephone to manage debt collection processes.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and payment agreements.
Apply customer service principles to resolve payment issues while maintaining professional relationships.
Collaborate with the team to meet collection targets and operational goals.
Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of debt collection processes and customer service principles.
High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or debt collections is an added advantage.
