Key Responsibilities and Requirements

The primary functions of this role are defined by the required qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Possess deep technical knowledge necessary for practical instruction in home electronics repair.
• Regulatory Compliance: Must be a registered and licensed TVET trainer, fully compliant with TVETA/NITA regulations governing technical institutions in Kenya.
• Instructional Technology: Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Student Information Systems (SIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms for administrative tasks and educational delivery.
• Curriculum Delivery: Ensure strong instructional delivery and strict adherence to the established curriculum.
• Student Development: Provide effective mentorship and professional coaching to trainees.
• Class Management: Be adaptable and maintain excellent classroom management skills to foster an optimal learning environment.
