Role Overview
This is a technical support internship role at Infoney Solutions Limited. The position is on-site and based in Ruiru, Kiambu. The selected candidate will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, delivering customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing solutions to improve the overall user experience.

- Education: Must possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve system-related challenges effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and address technical issues.
- Experience in Customer Support with a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- A background in information technology, computer science, or related fields is considered an advantage.
