Qualifications and Requirements
A BA/BSc/HND in Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven experience in technical leadership and strategic portfolio management.
Prior experience within leisure hospitality or large-scale facilities management environments.
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and CAPEX oversight.
