About the Role
Are you a recent graduate (2022-2026) passionate about making a difference in the electrical and renewable energy industry? Our 3-month internship program offers an exhilarating opportunity to develop professional skills in the power and solar sector. This program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional sales, focusing on cutting-edge electrical power and solar solutions.
Objectives of the Program

Candidate Profile

Qualifications
- Possess a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Sales and Marketing, or any business-related course.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in sales, electrical systems, and renewable energy.
- Have a basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Be results-oriented and driven to meet targets.
Terms of Engagement
- The program duration is 3 months, which may be extended based on performance.
- Technical sales trainees will receive a retainer plus a sales commission.
- Candidates will be evaluated at the end of the program. Successful candidates will secure a full-time employment position as a Technical Sales Representative.
