The Technical Representative (TR) at M-Gas is responsible for executing assigned maintenance and replenishment tasks for customers safely, professionally, and within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role's primary objective is to protect customers from reaching zero balance or running out of gas by adhering to system-prioritized task lists while maintaining high productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Task Execution & Productivity
Execute all assigned tasks strictly in engine priority order.
Protect Day 0–3 customers from running out of LPG or meter battery.
Close all assigned tickets within defined SLAs and maintain high daily productivity levels.
Minimise reschedules and unreachable outcomes.
Customer Service & Professional Conduct
Deliver respectful, professional service at all times.
Wear full branded company attire and maintain a clean, presentable appearance.
Communicate clearly and courteously with customers, avoiding any misconduct.
Represent the company positively in all field interactions.
Data Accuracy & Information Management
Update customer location data when discrepancies are found.
Report changes in household size or altered usage patterns.
Ensure correct customer-to-asset linkage and follow repossession procedures strictly.
Prevent misuse of accounts or continuation of old accounts.
Process Compliance & Inventory
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without shortcuts.
Ensure data integrity and do not manipulate job closure information.
Account for all inventory issued by Depot Stocks or Logistics and prevent loss or damage.
Report tampering, fraud, or safety concerns promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales or any related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer acquisition, and customer support.
