Technical Manager - KM 2

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership and oversight of technical operations including water production, distribution, maintenance, and infrastructure development.
• Operations Management: Coordinate and oversee all technical operations regarding water and sanitation services.
• Asset Management: Ensure that technical assets are acquired, maintained, and operated according to standard specifications of the service agreement.
• Compliance: Ensure all technical operations comply with standard regulations and policies.

Requirements for Appointment

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water and Environmental Engineering, Soil/Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
• Registered with a recognized professional body such as the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant work experience, with at least five (5) years in a senior technical management position.
• A Master's Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in engineering software, project management tools, and technical reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
