Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Oversee the installations, maintenance, and servicing of equipment.
• Team Management: Manage technical teams, drive accountability, and lead performance improvements.
• Project Execution: Plan and execute projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Standards and Compliance: Ensure all technical work meets quality, compliance, and safety standards.
• Problem Solving: Handle escalations and solve complex technical issues.
• Service Excellence: Drive customer satisfaction and ensure service excellence across all touchpoints.
• Field Operations: Manage field operations, tools, and spare parts inventory.
• Systems Improvement: Track performance, report findings, and build structure or SOPs to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
• General Experience: 5–7 years of experience in technical operations.
• Leadership Experience: 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Technical Expertise: Specific experience in commercial kitchen, laundry, or refrigeration systems.
• Project Management: Strong project management and troubleshooting skills.
• Licensing: Possession of a valid driver’s license.
