Platinum Credit Limited is a credit-only Micro-Finance Company licensed in Kenya under the Company’s Act. Founded in 2003, the company provides emergency loans with a focus on swift customer service and minimal bureaucracy. We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Utawala branch to oversee the SME division.
The Role
This position is specifically focused on the management and growth of the Biashara Secured (SME) Loans portfolio. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team in the Utawala region, ensuring the delivery of SME loan products and maintaining high standards of service and portfolio quality.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND).
Specific experience or expertise related to Biashara Secured (SME) Loans.
Strong leadership and credit appraisal capabilities.
