Asset Finance (Logbook Finance - LBF) Loans
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the processing and management of Asset Finance (Logbook Finance) Loans at the Rongai branch.
Lead the team to ensure swift customer service and 24-hour loan delivery targets are met.
Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and minimal bureaucracy in loan approvals.
Drive performance and ensure the branch meets its financial and service objectives.
Requirements
Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related).
Specialization: Experience or strong knowledge in Asset Finance (LBF) Loans is essential.
Leadership: Ability to lead a team within a micro-finance or credit environment.
