Platinum Credit Limited, a leading credit-only Micro-Finance Company licensed in Kenya, is seeking a qualified Team Leader for their Kitengela branch. Established in 2003, Platinum Credit specializes in providing emergency loans to Civil Servants, TSC members, and selected company employees with a commitment to 24-hour delivery and swift customer service.
Role Overview
The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the Asset Finance department at the Kitengela branch, specifically focusing on Logbook Finance (LBF) loans. The role involves managing a team to achieve operational excellence, ensuring quick turnaround times for loan processing, and maintaining high standards of customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Asset Finance (LBF) loan portfolio at the Kitengela branch.
Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff to meet and exceed performance targets.
Ensure all loan applications are processed and evaluated in strict adherence to company credit policies.
Drive customer service excellence by ensuring minimal bureaucracy and swift delivery of financial solutions.
Coordinate branch activities to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND).
Demonstrated experience or strong working knowledge of Asset Finance (Logbook Finance - LBF) Loans.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Professional background in Finance, Accounting, or Audit fields is preferred.
