We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Kajiado branch to oversee Asset Finance (LBF) Loans.
Role Overview
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team and driving the growth of the Asset Finance (LBF) portfolio. The role involves ensuring performance targets are met while upholding the company's commitment to swift service and efficient processing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets for Asset Finance (Logbook Finance) products.
Monitor team performance and provide necessary guidance and coaching.
Ensure efficient loan processing and high standards of customer service.
Maintain compliance with company credit policies and regulatory standards.
Report on team productivity and portfolio health to management.
Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum of a BA, BSc, or HND qualification from a recognized institution.
Background or strong interest in Asset Finance (LBF) Loans.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
