The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Team Leader for Cold Drink Equipment (CDE). This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of cooling equipment, managing a technical team, and ensuring a safe and efficient workshop environment while maintaining high standards of customer collaboration.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations: Manage the execution of all Maintenance and Repairs for cold drink equipment.
Team Leadership: Coach, lead, and develop the cooler maintenance team to ensure high performance.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective collaboration with both internal and external customers and communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
Safety and Compliance: Maintain safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards within the workspace.
Workshop Management: Ensure good housekeeping of the workshop for cleanliness and a safe working environment.
Administrative & Financial: Ensure effective administrative processes are followed and manage the departmental budget.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician working with cold drink equipment or coolers in a bottling or manufacturing environment.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering (with a Refrigeration option).
Skills
Technical proficiency in Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) and refrigeration systems.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Budget management and financial oversight.
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of industrial safety, health, and environmental standards.
