Founded in 2003, the company provides emergency loans to Civil Servants, TSC members, and employees of selected companies, delivering cash within 24 hours with swift customer service. The company is currently seeking a Team Leader for the Busia region to oversee the Biashara Secured (SME) Loans segment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the SME lending team in the Busia region.
Oversee the processing and appraisal of Biashara Secured (SME) Loans.
Ensure efficient loan delivery and maintain high standards of customer service.
Drive the team to achieve disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must possess a BA/BSc or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Knowledge or experience in SME lending and secured credit products.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
