Role Overview
The company is seeking a Team Leader for their Bungoma branch to oversee Biashara Secured (SME) Loans. The role involves leading a team to drive the growth of the SME loan portfolio within the region.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales and credit team in the Bungoma region.
Drive the uptake of Biashara Secured (SME) Loans.
Ensure high standards of customer service and swift processing of loan applications.
Oversee the appraisal and evaluation of SME loan applicants.
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
Proven knowledge or interest in SME credit products and micro-finance.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
