Job Description
The German School Nairobi is a unique educational institution that resembles a rural community, thanks to its spacious, green grounds that serve as a retreat within the busy city. They are currently seeking a qualified teacher for Secondary Level I & II to handle German and Social Sciences.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality instruction in German and Social Sciences to students at Secondary Levels I and II.
Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment consistent with the school's community values.
Participate in school-wide activities and community-building initiatives.
Support the academic and social development of students within an international setting.
Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) or HND in Education or a related field.
ADLK status (Auslandsschuldienstlehrkraft) or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in the German language is mandatory.
Ability to teach both German and Social Sciences at the secondary level.
High level of interpersonal and communication skills to fit into a close-knit school community.
