We are seeking curious, driven, and detail-oriented recent graduates to begin their global careers through the Tana Fellowship Program in Business, Operations, and Sales Support roles. In this role, you will join one of our international partner companies (based in North America or Europe) in a full-time, remote capacity, working on real business problems from day one. You will be supported by playbooks, training, and mentorship while executing and improving business processes.
Potential Role Placements
Depending on your skillset, you may be placed in one of the following roles:
RevOps Analyst: Support global Sales teams by preparing, reviewing, and managing sales quotes using playbooks and calculators to drive revenue.
Order Management Analyst: Work within Finance Operations to process and validate customer purchase orders against internal systems and quotes.
Software License Specialist: Monitor, analyze, and audit software usage to optimize value and ensure policy adherence.
Marketing Analyst: Conduct online research via tools like LinkedIn to build lead lists for business development initiatives.
Key Fellowship Details
Duration: Initially a 3-month Fellowship to demonstrate capabilities. High performance leads to long-term employment.
Remote Work: This is a remote role requiring a stable home office environment, including a laptop, internet, and power.

Requirements
Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree or Diploma completed within the last 2 years.
Kenyan citizen currently residing in Kenya.

Strong work ethic with an ownership mindset and ability to manage time effectively.
Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
