Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate and play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across our organization.\n\n### Schedule\n* 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking\n* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews\n* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers\n* Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS\n* Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives\n* Ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish\n\n### What We Are Looking For\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n* Excellent organization and time management\n* Detail-oriented with high accuracy\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ATS knowledge is a plus)\n* Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn\n* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field\n* Recruitment, HR, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
