Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Victory Farms, you will provide essential support to the Talent Acquisition team, contributing to its effectiveness and improving key recruitment metrics. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and developing talent pipelines for various portfolios, ranging from easy-to-fill to critical, specialized roles.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Prepare and review job descriptions with Line Managers to ensure they reflect current requirements.
Utilize strategic recruitment methods, including job boards, networking platforms, and recruitment agencies, to identify and attract top talent.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Assessment
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Prepare interview questions in liaison with Line Managers.
Administer pre-employment assessments and interview challenges.
Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
Train interviewers on effective techniques and best recruitment practices.
Maintain a professional candidate experience with clear, timely communication and feedback.
Offer Management
Draft offer letters and employment contracts for new hires in a timely manner.
Facilitate quality background checks for all roles.
Onboarding and Integration
Collaborate with the TA team and Line Managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Perform any other duties as assigned to support the HR function.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. CHRP Certification is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, including hiring for specialized roles (e.g., Aquaculture, Engineering).
Technical Skills: Excellent IT proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a "can-do" attitude.
Personal Attributes: High organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
