Role Overview
The Support Service Coordinator will oversee the efficient delivery of front office operations and outsourced support services, including housekeeping, laundry, security, and waste management. The role is responsible for ensuring high standards of patient experience, hygiene, safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance within the hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Front Office operations to ensure professional patient and visitor experience.
Coordinate outsourced services including laundry, housekeeping, waste management, and security.
Monitor service quality, compliance with SLAs, and operational performance standards.
Conduct inspections, audits, and performance reviews for outsourced vendors.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection prevention standards, OSHA, NEMA, DOSH, and Ministry of Health requirements.
Manage incident reporting, corrective actions, and emergency preparedness activities.
Coordinate service schedules, reporting, budgeting, invoice verification, and contractor performance meetings.
Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure seamless support operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Diploma holders with substantial relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in support services, facilities management, or hospital administration.
At least 2 years in a supervisory role within healthcare or hospitality.
Experience managing outsourced service providers and vendor contracts.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, environmental compliance, and occupational health & safety standards.

Strong problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking skills.
Experience in SLA monitoring, vendor management, and quality audits.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, HMIS, and reporting systems.
High attention to detail, integrity, and decision-making ability under pressure.
