Student Counsellor Teacher

Nairobi International School is a private co-educational school that follows the British National Curriculum. We are recruiting for the position of Student Counsellor Teacher for the academic year commencing September 2026. Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling and guidance to students to support their personal and academic growth.
• Foster an environment of integrity, self-discipline, and mutual care among the student body.
• Deliver curriculum-based instruction aligned with the British National Curriculum where applicable.
• Integrate technology and IT tools into the counseling and educational process.
• Support the individual needs of students within an academically motivated environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience teaching or counseling in an international school setting.
• A BA/BSc/HND in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• A recognized professional teaching qualification.
• Mandatory registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• High proficiency in Information Technology (IT savvy).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
