We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Stock Assistant to support daily inventory operations. The role involves handling stock, assisting in stock counts, and ensuring proper organization of the store/warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Handling: Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock efficiently.
Inventory Management: Assist in regular stock-taking and inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
Organization: Ensure proper labeling and storage of all products within the warehouse.
Dispatch Support: Support the stock issuance and dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery.
Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
Reporting: Promptly report any stock discrepancies or damages to management.
Requirements
Education: A Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field is considered an added advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar stock management or warehouse role is preferred.
Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Adaptability: The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attributes: Must be honest, reliable, and highly detail-oriented.
