Job Description
Soroi Collection, a leading eco-luxury camp and lodge brand, is seeking self-motivated, passionate, and professionally qualified Stationed Guides to join their team. This recruitment is part of an expansion as the company opens new units in various scenic locations across Kenya. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering the brand's signature high-end hospitality and guest experiences in unique wilderness settings.
Work Locations
Soroi Samburu Lodge – Samburu National Reserve
Soroi Laimara Amboseli – Amboseli National Reserve
Soroi Blue – Diani, Coastal Region
Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct professional guiding services for guests, providing expert knowledge of the local wildlife and environment.
Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized guest experiences aligned with eco-luxury standards.
Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all safari or coastal activities.
Act as a brand ambassador for Soroi Collection, maintaining high professional standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Must possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND).
Must be professionally qualified in tour guiding or a related field within hospitality.
Demonstrable passion for the hospitality industry and professional guest service.
Self-motivated and able to work in remote lodge environments.
