Job Description
Soroi Collection, one of the leading eco-luxury camp and lodge brands, is excited to announce the upcoming opening of new units in Soroi Samburu Lodge (Samburu National Reserve), Soroi Laimara Amboseli (Amboseli National Reserve), and Soroi Blue (Diani-Coastal region). We are seeking self-motivated, passionate, and professionally qualified Staff Cooks to join us in delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality meals for staff members according to established standards.
Maintain extreme cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
Manage food inventory and minimize wastage.
Ensure guest (staff) satisfaction through timely and nutritious meal delivery.
Adhere to all safety and food handling regulations.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Diploma, or Diploma (BA/BSc/HND) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Self-motivated and passionate about the hospitality industry.
Professional qualification in cooking/culinary arts.
Willingness to work in remote safari environments.
Commitment to providing excellent service and guest experiences.
