Role Overview

In this role, you will bring technical insight to help customers move forward with confidence. We are looking for technology-focused professionals with experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical sales, or other customer-facing technical roles, who enjoy connecting customer needs with the right technical solution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and sales teams to understand business requirements and technical specs.
• Design tailored communication solutions using Infobip products and platforms.
• Demonstrate how Infobip technology can solve complex communication challenges.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree qualification: BA/BSc/HND.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical sales, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Technology-focused background with a strong capability to map client needs to product solutions.
