Role Overview
We are looking for self-driven Software Sales Persons to join our team. The primary focus is to drive the adoption of our Smart POS solutions among SMEs and build long-term relationships that contribute to the growth of the business technology ecosystem in Africa.
Responsibilities
Sales Execution: Actively sell Smart POS solutions to prospective SME clients.
Market Growth: Drive SME business growth by identifying and capturing new market opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain attractive, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Negotiation: Act as a confident negotiator and closer to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Strategic Engagement: Manage long-term engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: 2+ Years of proven experience specifically in Software Sales.
Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Performance: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Aptitude: Self-driven, results-oriented, and a genuine passion for technology and business growth.
