Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Trainer to facilitate practical, hands-on training for our students. The Social Media Marketing Trainer will be responsible for teaching brand growth, audience engagement strategies, and managing social media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical marketing expertise and the ability to impart knowledge effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate training sessions on social media and digital marketing strategies.
Teach techniques for brand growth and audience engagement across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Guide students through content creation strategies and the use of analytics tools.
Instruct on the setup and management of paid advertising campaigns.
Foster creativity, effective communication, and storytelling skills among learners.
Provide guidance on audience engagement and brand positioning.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media or digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
Experience in content creation strategy, analytics, and paid ads.
Ability to teach brand growth and audience engagement.
Teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
Strong creativity, communication, and storytelling skills.
