Social Media Marketer

This role is for a consultant tasked with supporting a medium-sized law firm in Nairobi seeking to scale their Business Development efforts and achieve growth. The consultant will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies and providing guidance throughout the implementation process.

Role Objective

The objective is to support a medium-sized law firm in Nairobi seeking to scale their Business Development efforts through consulting and growth strategies.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: The consultant will develop a customized growth strategy, strategic plan, and business plan.
• Identifying Growth Opportunities: Identify potential areas for growth.
• Market Expansion: Explore expansion into new territories, markets, or demographics.
• Product or Service Diversification: Identify opportunities for product or service diversification.
• New Customer Segments: Identify new customer segments.
• Operational Efficiency: Improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
• Marketing and Sales Strategies: Enhance marketing and sales strategies.
• Strategy Implementation: Develop effective strategies.
• Data Analysis: Identify patterns and make data-driven recommendations for growth.
• Continuous Support: Provide continuous support and guidance throughout the implementation process by monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and making necessary adjustments to keep the growth trajectory on track.
• Business Metrics: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor them, providing updates and making adjustments to the plan as needed to achieve the best results for the client.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communication or a related area from a recognized university.
• At least four (4) years of relevant experience.
