Job Description
GoCare Training Institute (GTI) is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its digital engagement and strategy. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content across various platforms to enhance the institute's brand presence and community engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of digital trends and the ability to translate institutional goals into impactful social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive social media strategies aligned with institutional objectives.
Manage and maintain the organization's presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Curate and manage content for the official website and blog.
Use analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and report on campaign success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-impact multimedia content.
Foster community engagement and handle copywriting for all digital platforms.
Manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
Proven track record of strategy optimization and performance tracking.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and current digital trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X).
Proficiency in analytics tools and insights reporting.
Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
